Black Walnut Energy I- was formed to acquire oil and gas royalty interests and other income-producing real assets through a disciplined, fundamentals-driven investment approach. From 2023 through 2026, capital was invested across oil and gas royalties, non-operated working interests, and select real estate, with a focus on asset quality, clear title, and realistic valuation. With its investment phase complete, Entity I is now in harvest mode, actively managing its portfolio and evaluating opportunities to realize value when appropriate.
Black Walnut Energy II- Building on this experience, Black Walnut Energy II was established in 2025 with a dedicated focus on acquiring oil and gas royalty interests. Black Walnut Energy II is currently in its investment phase and actively purchasing royalties from mineral and royalty owners who value transparency, efficient execution, and a straightforward closing process.
